How a banner is fixed to its surface is as important as how it's printed. We offer all standard and specialist finishing options to suit your installation.
Reinforced metal rings along the edges for rope, bungee, or cable tie attachment. Most common for outdoor banners.
Hemmed tunnel along the top and/or bottom edge for inserting a rod or dowel. Creates a smooth, wrinkle-free hang.
Hook-and-loop tape along the back edges for quick-attach to compatible exhibition frames and pop-up display systems.
Rope threaded through the hem for secure lashing to scaffolding, fencing, or outdoor frame structures.
Heavy-duty metal grommets combined with D-rings at corner positions for hanging large or heavy banners securely.
Raw printed material supplied as-is for customers who provide their own mounting solutions or stretch frames.
For the sharpest results, submit your artwork as a PDF or high-resolution TIFF at the actual print size or at a 1:10 scale. Resolution should be a minimum of 100 dpi at full size (equivalent to 1000 dpi at 1:10 scale).
Include a 50mm bleed on all sides to ensure the printed image extends right to the edge after hemming and finishing. Ensure critical text and logos are at least 80mm inside the trim edge.
We can also work with AI, PSD, or INDD files. Our prepress team performs a complimentary file check and will flag any issues before going to print.
